DM800HD-C Encountered CA Not Found Error after flashing Cnigma

Hi Seniors,
I have faced a weird issue with my DM800HD-C (that's what it said on the box)...
1. I have downloaded the image SG-Cnigma2-Gp3(21072012)-dm800-SSL-84b.nfi..
2. flash my box via the web interface
3. Error came on the LED screen - No CA Found
4. I follow the steps on the forum and used Fix NO CA Error Tool by YASSINOV and SSL69 .. the box booted and came back with the web interface..
5. However, the box booted but now... the box cannot detect any signals even the FTA channels... (my signal is working - cos I have a dm500 plugged and tested)...
6. I even tried to reflash using a backup image from similar DM800 which my friend bought as well.. ends up - "No CA error" came back

Anyone can advise what should be the steps or images I would be using...

Flash a SSL 84b first, then flash a working image with keys and rom
