          problem is im not able to backup my scce files and keys. The box keep booting with a blank screen and green light turned on.
          I have checked that it is booting without network IP. Is there anyway to boot up with network capabilities and ftp service turn on.

              If you are unable to retrieve any ip address for DM500, then it's not possible to use telnet and ftp. Try find a old computer with com port (rs232) and use a null modem cable to flash. USB to serial adaptor may work if you cannot find a pc with com port but you have to try your luck cos it may not work.

              If flashing by pc with com port does not work, then just be prepared to replace the 2 chips or buy a new one.
