can anyone help me. I have a dm500c which wont boot up. shows a blank screen with the led green light lit. Understand that I have to reflash with any good existing image that i can find in this forum, however I need to backup my keys and scce files.
When I put in the box on my DHCP enable network. my box does not register an IP. I did look lookup on my dhcp client table and it did not register.
How do i get the box booted up with network capabilities and ftp service turned on.
