Flash Erase Fail!

Hello guys, was uploading gemini 4.1.0 on original dm500c,using dreamup, then the message" error: flash erase fail,box will be unusable now"
All I get now when run dreamup and connect and click flash erase is' Flash Erase fail". Tried older dreamups still the same results.

Any help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried saying no to flash erase?

if that dont work connect a cross over cable as well & tick use network

try pressing flash twice
