Dreambox Dm500c dreamup software

Help me pls!! i cannot connect the dreambox dm500c to dreamup 1.3.3.1 i tried every suggestions but it doesnt work hopefully you guys can help me with this problem ASAP Thx alot peeps

She's saying that you should try using Com port (RS232) from old computer to connect. Reason being that usb-serial adapter may fail (in fact they failed most of the time unless you are lucky to buy a compatible adapter with a compatible driver). This should works most of the time unless you have fried your chip with a over Waltage power supply.

I use usb-serial cable and still can't connect and I have compatible adapter with a compatible driver.
This killing me big time.
