Was wondering if anyone can help. I have recently bought a Dream Box 500-c and i have lost some chanels mostly the movie chanels. This is the first time I've been on here - I would really appriciate some help!!! Thank you.

i just got a new dm500c and have been trying to do an auto scan but can only see 2 cable provider and both are not seeing any channels

Ellisha if you in ireland u may have problems due to some channels switching to a different system.

lcamodupe have you ftp'd over the right keys for the box to pick up the channels, can you get freeview channels.
