i think he means what channels can't you see...
eg, Sly sports 1, Sly movies or BBC1, 2 etc

well i was not expecting anything else to be honest after all is a primarily a TV receiver... Ok mate what TV channels are you referring to and what image are you using on your box, also what box are you using..?

OK, I'll try to explain a little bit more.
I have recently bought a Dreambox DM500C and I also bought I router. I have managed to connect the computer to the router but with my dreambox there is still some problem.

I should have access to a lot of channels but I can not manage to see them. When I make an automatical scan the box finds a lot of channels but I can't see them.

I must say that I am a rookie with this kind of things so please explain it easy. What do you mean with image?

Where can the problem be? The router? The cable? The aerial? My search of channels and my handle of the dreambox?

I need all help I can get.
