MY dreeambox 500c has just gone dead. No light on the front. Is this something that Virgin have done or is it just my box has died?

PSU quality with clone boxes is shxx to be honest, try and check for 12V dc from output of power supply!

Hi,
Be careful with other power supply, I burn my 500T with one, inscription 12V but after check 17V.
Of course I have check after I burn my DB :-(
