The Hypercam team haven't bothered with the UK/Ireland in the past, why now?

They haven't supported dreambox, etc., only IPBox and iTGate, so again, why now?

bottom line being you wont get support from mgcamd or evocamd they way these guys do....

The point I was trying to make was (probably not in a very good way) that N3 has been around for a while, everyone is working on it. Just because the UK/Ireland is switching to it, doesn't mean any more priority will be placed on it. UK cable is a small fish in a very large pond when it comes to encryption.

I'm sure the Hypercam team have been working on N3 well before it switched in Ireland.

                      Of course,

Uk and Ireland are very small fish indeed,
I understand this as much as anyone

I can only promise n2 fixes for now
Dont think i dont know what lies ahead with n3

but hypercam been running in satellite world a lot longer than cable world, its a good addition with emu and smartcard support.
                      boom!

                        So there is no reason.

                        As I thought.

I'll just stick to my trusty CCcam.

I've been looking forward to Hypercam support on Dreambox for a long time, as you said, evocam/mgcam/newcam support is running thin and cccam is the only one really updating anything.

                              evocam/mgcam/newcam support is non-existant
the support in last year or two has been from dedicated uk guys doing patched roms,, not emu changes as it should have been
