hey i recently bought a dm500c from in england but now i've returned to barbados and try turning it on it's just showing a black and white screen with digital-kaos.co.uk on it, its also saying no EPG available, im using a 4th generation card, can anyone help me here ?

I have read before that they are supposed to work out of the box for Barbados... I know you have an MMDS service... But isn't the service NTSC (i could be wrong), your box will be set to PAL so try changing the settings to NTSC...
Let us know how you get on as we have a few Bajan members and their seems to be little or no info on the subject for you guys.. We will figure it...
Just read elsewhere thay you need to have evocamd 2.11 on it...
