DM 500-C II reflash?

Dear Seniors and Juniors, I have this DM 500-C II which konked out on me lately with "Transformer" and "Please insert smartcard" screens. I read from this forum reflashing for DM500-C but not for DM500-C II. Can someone suggest some tips? I know how to reflash DM500-C only.

It has a Tel Link instead of a LAN at the back panel.

DM500C-II is not even a dreambox but just some oem box.

Dun bother to search on flashing DM500C-II as this box cannot be flash at all.
