Low humming buzzing noise

i had a dreambox working fine at my old address then moved to new address how happy was i there was a N*L connection in the building until i plugged everything in exactly as it was before but when i touch the cable tv cable to the input on the dreambox i get a buzzing noise on the tv. is there a grounding issue obviousley cant call them out to test it. anyone else had this problem?

Sorry for bringing up an old thread but im having the same problem N*L Dublin....Scart is not causing the problem either and only happens when the cable is plugged in the back.. Its a proper connection put in by N*L too...Is it the box and anybody else having the same issue???Cheers
