DM500 clone 1 box to another

is this possible to clone a working dm500c to a non working dm500c ? if possible can someone please explain how i have made over 25 dm500c boxes so far im just really stuck with this non scanning one and help would mean alot

thanks for the reply iam trying the backup now and yes the non working box does power up ok it just doesnt find any channels

done the backup it puts all channels on the box but there must be a problem with the tuner as it will not play any channels at all
