DM500 5 new remotes dont work

hey all i bought 5 new dm500c today and not one of the remotes work its not the boxes as ive tested them with another remote does anyone have any ideas ?

You replaced the batteries. or you turned them the right way round

it was the conectors where the batterys go they were bent in towards the remote i bent them to face the batterys all working now
