DM800 Newbie can't view the channels: DM800 HS se for Singapore

Hi Seniors & Veterans;

I just purchase DM800HD se from Alixpress (Sunray: Sun800HD se) and after automatic scanning, I can see all channels in bouquet list but only FTA channels are playing.
Other channels are totally no video and audio. After trying to flash my box, I think I used wrong file and see the "Error1: no CA ".
Threads I have read suggest to use null cable and Dreamup with other good box. I would like to know

1. Do I need to find exactly the same box as mine or can I use DM800 ?
2. After that can someone guide me step by step to tune all the channels available?

dont need reflash, just ftp the keys and scce into the box and reboot after that

I can't even access the web browser due to no CA error, how can I communicate with ftp? can you kindly provide more details how to ftp the keys and scce? thanks so much...

Did u say 800se ? There is a mini flash button at the back press hold and power on check LCD screen for ip then after enter wed browser flash. It work up same as u holding power button it like Mobo with dual bios function

What about the firmware? I back up original firmware pre-installed by seller but can't load up back. Now I am stuck with other firmware downloaded from online. Where can I find the firmware compatible with Singapore. Appreciate your help.

need some help from some bros here

i just flash using Cnigma-OpenPli 2.1-dm800se-ssl84b.nfi via web method..on my dm800hd se
however when i press reboot...the web browser hang at rebooting.
after a long time at this state, i transfer the key,scce and etc files in.
gt the files from another helpful forumer.
just to ask..which is the correct path? usr/keys or var/keys, usr/scce or var/scce? i copied cables.xml to etc folder

after copying i connect to tv but same issue..fta can watch but sgcable all still black screen.
did i miss out anything. or the files are incorrect?

close the web browser and monitor the progress on your TV screen. Once reboot process is done, you should be able to see all channels and use web browser again. Provided you key in all the auto roll key and scce files to correct path. I just transfer to var/keys & var/scce. it works fine for me.
