DM500 No data service available Singapore

hi, need some help here.

I flashed my dm500c with the pli jade 3 image. Here is what's going on...

I'm able to use this box on one room to watch all channels from StarHub.
But when i bring it to my own room, i get this "No data service available". My antenna cable when connected directly to my tv shows all the FTA channels. But when i plug this antenna into the dm500c box, i get no data service available. Not even free to air channels to watch.

Anybody knows why?

Means no sh signal btw have you test all point?

There is no sh signal feeding to the box. You are getting the fta is because it is using the old antenna on yr hdb rooftop.
