DM500 Anyone get SBO in ex TW area,DM500C

Just wondered if anyone has managed to get the Sky Box Office channel working in a ex TW area on a DM500C ? I know several people have had problems including myself...
Having followed the manual scan procedure i do get the static Hatton page with no audio,however on the night of previous fights or events the channel is blank.
Is there a specific frequency for a ex TW area ?

I'm seeing a splash screen promoting the event. I'm not that into boxing so haven't watched an event in a while so not sure if this channel will work on the night.

I got the same as DF and im ex telewest.

hmm strange I can not seem to get SBO either I am ex-Tw in saying that I can not get sly 1 either I wonder if it is related.

I don't have any problems with any other channels, I also get sky 1 so it's a bit weird if you can't get that have you tried a bruteforce scan ? or installing the channel manually.

No I have been looking around the site now trying to find the info for sly 1 so I can try and add it manual.
Once I have entered the PID info is there a way to get back and edit it with out doing it all again

the splash screen is on a different channel (live e#ents), the s#y b#x off#ce channel is showing a rolling hatton repeat showing his fights and how to order..

Hi i've got the rolling ad for the boxing which always goes live on the night, my freq for ex tw sbo is 771 that's in the southwest though,i think the freq differs round the uk

Once in the web interface, go to CONTROL and you can get screen shots from there.
