DM500 Followed newbie guide to flashing stuck on

HI all,
I have followed the newbie guide to flashing image DK 1.1 no problems. Downloaded the dreambox stuff.

I ftp to Keys and scce to the keys and scce in the \var\ folder on the DB

I have started evocam by holding info for 3 secs
but just getting blank screen on premium chanels.

Have I missed somthing do I need some extra file

reboot box then go to sky sports 1 for a few seconds till picture clears

I restarted evocam 2.12 also

looks like your roms are old download december 2008 roms & that should get you going
