    DM800HD missing channels

    i just bought a DM800HD online, but it has missing channels. no matter how i re-scan it does not show up. most of the channels are working fine. is there something i could do to re-configure the tuner ? seems like the missing channels are all from the same transponder. please advice. thanks.
