DM500 flash fxp internal error occured

hi cant find answer to this prob in other threads i am getting an error when trying to use flash fxp it says an "internal error has occured,access violation at address then numbers in red writing when i carry on and try to connect keep getting connection failed ,i have wireless laptop and ethernet cable connected from router to dreambox can anyone help,thanks

A few things to try.


Try a direct connection to your lappy.

Set your lan IP addy one above the IP addy of the dreambox.

Turn your wireless off

Set you lan to 10T half duplex.

hi jaffa, first time ive done this ,i am getting this message,winsock2.0 an internal error has occured
access violation at address ,then numbers,in module flashfxp exe.write of address,then same numbers if that makes it any clearer

You could try having a look at the guide below, just check you are doing everything right.

What is your lan ip addy and your dm500 ip addy ???
Are the username and pssword correct ???
