I have just realized that I am missing MORE4 from my channel list. TO me is not really a great loss but the missues is complaining. Can anyone let me know the frequency and instructions on how to search for it?

sorry to bother you guys again, but could anyone help? It's really weird that I can't find More4... I have E4, E4+1 and 4music but not more4.. Could anyone suggest a frequency for searching this channel manually?? I personally never watch it but my wife does and she misses it
