D500C blackscreen after reflashed

After I reflashed my dm500c with openpli jade3 I can see all channels but when I choose the channels is only blackscreen except for channel 5 and 8 is watchable. Anyone can advise me what is the problem? Thanks

As cable dreamboxes no longer work in the UK except for some free unencrypted channels (unless you have access to one of the very few cable cardservers) I presume your not in the uk.

So more info needed as to which provider your using and what encryption system they use.

i am from singapore...if i am not wrong i had lost my cloned DM500C keys and Scce...Any kind souls to help me solve this issue? Thanks

If after ftp keys and scce still cannot, then it could be a box hardware issue
I do encounter this when I own my second dreambox. It shows No service or No data/ No EPG. Concluded to be a tuner issue. Need to send back.
