It is already been discussed in the sg thread. Those official subscriber still using the N1 card (black & white) have already receive their new N3 card (Gray). Those ppl who purchase their hubstati0n will not receive the new card as sh is not longer serving your box.

I have oso receive mine & was advised to activate it within 2 week in order not to be disrupted but i dun intend to activate yet. The more subscriber delay in activating the new N3 card for their box, lets hope it will delay in switching off the N1 signal.

is this cable or satellite? ive ordered a black box 500s I know sat cards are being updated but there's know date when we may lose channels people have been saying for a while? Anyway am I in the right thread?

whatever date n3 launched, i think we had our share of fun and we have at least learn how a dreambox works. We make friends and we share knowledge.

Nevertheless, there is a saying 'all good things will come to an end'. But that is not the end, because human will always outsmart technology. In time to come, some smart alec from china will produce new box , new name, new technology. Better and better............ so there is nothing to be sad

indeed! well said. I really learn a lot from this forum. Hopefully DM still can function after N3. Maybe need a new magic file or card. Too early to say.

Dear expert,
I use dreamup 1.3.3.4, image is 500Plijade3.
After flashing the dreambox...it does indicate box was setup successfully but when i connect to my TV, i can only see the plijade 3 green page, when i press any channel eg 855, the tv show 855, with all the freq etc but the screen is plijade 3 green...why did i went wrong? or is it something i still need to do after flashing? Pls advice
