had my 500C black box about 8 months worked great until yesterday now it wont respond to the remote. its not the remote as it works with other box i tried reflashing box but same problem. is my box goosed or can it be fixed!!!?

could be sensor on the box. you could altering this to see if that helps. if the box is rigged up to your pc just use the virtual remote from your web browser. It has more functionality than the actual remote. -
