I currently have a kv a780 working with vm. I have had it quite a long time now and it works well.
I wanted to get another box in another room thats cheaper, so i was looking at a dm500c.
With the kv a780, all i had to do was upload the software onto it using a null modem cable then on the box you scan for a transponder list, select the tp you want and then it scans and adds all the available channels and thats it. This box is relatively simple to setup but i don't want to spend the same amount of money again.
How would i setup a dm500c? Where can i find relevant files i need.
