DM500 i deleted some channels by mistake

i deleted some channels by mistake and dont no how to get them back ive done a scan

Jim if you have done a scan the deleted channels should be found and restored. Are you sure they are not in all services?

there not in all services but when i go in2 bouquets there in there as removed services but when i click on them it says service could not be found

jim delete them from your boquets then do a bruteforce scan. they should be picked up automatically.

im missing itv4 more4 espn movies24 i think thats it im in dumbarton just outside glasgow

delete all channels then do rescan unless bugaloo41 can send image

if you have new image saved on comp factory reset in expert setup

then reflash box with image you can download dk image in downloads works well

i dont have anything saved i just bought the box pluged it in and all the channels were there as i said i no nothing about these boxes by the way thanks 4 ur help

press menu then press 6 then go down to expert setup press ok then do a factory reset now the box is like new go to your provider autoscan
