can't get some channels to work on dreambox

hi guys

basically, two of the asian channels on my dreambox 500c have not been working for the last few days. they are Zee TV and Zee Cinema. I have done a rescan a couple of times and tried searching in the all services section but to no avail. is there anything else i can do to get the channels back? any help would be appreciated.

Are you scanning without the splitters? Do you have another box you can take the frequency from? Are they still part of the current VM package?

hi, i'm having the same problem, i tried to rescan, the channels do come up, but they are blank screened. however the rest of the channels work. the channels not working are zee tv, zee music, zee cinema star plus and star news, can anyone help me?? i have the dreambox 500c and in nottingham ng2

That's your problem... If you are in Notts. The Asian channels are the first to go Nag 3 I believe.
