    DM500 Problem with my 500C

    Hello Professional,

    Please assist me, as i'm a newbie with DM 500-C. I'm from Singapore.

    My DM 500-C seems to can't operate normally. There is a green light in my box, however on my screen they say no Signal.

    Is it spoil or bricked or something else?

    I'm getting the null modem cable by this weekend! Please help me! And i guess my Autoroll key is gone? Which means how do i find my Keys and SCCE?

          No signal, means either your signal cable was not connected correctly or your tuner has an issue.
          If tuner has issue, you got to replace the box with your supplier.

          Nevertheless, try a reflash and see how. Also check whether your house is activated with SH before or not. If it was never activated, this problem will occur. To know whether your house is activated, bring the box to other friend's house and see if the box can watch or not. If your friend house can watch, then too bad, you have to subscribe to SH for a month and then cancel it. Their technician will come down and install the splitter to send the signal to your home.

              Hi, it's my tv showing no signal. meaning i think my dm500c can't boot up. but showing a green light on the box.

              My house is fully subscribe to SH. As i tried playing every place in my house already. I had this dm 500c for 2 years already.

              My USB to RS232 Convertor is installed but DreamUp can't connect. I'm having problems.

                  Are u selecting the correct comport and what os are u using?

                          converter and null modem cable is critical
                          Make sure its the compatible ones
                          So far those made in channel green ones are useless
                          The one that is working flawlessly is Aten brand
