Skysports 1,3 on Dreambox

Hi all

I do apologise if this has been asked before but have checked and cant seem to find it.

I cant get skyports 1,3 on my Dreambox. Can get SS 2 fine. I was wondering if i anyone knew how to get these manually??

Do a manual scan? What area are you in? Mine picked them up on automatic and theyre unencrypted.

Am in the north west region. Near Blackburn. Have done a auto scan and SKy sports 2 is fine but the other two dont even get picked up. U know which range to do a manual scan on

Try doing an automatic brute force mate, it'll pick out the right one for you. I'm not using DK image though.

Done a brute force still nothing. Am not using DK image as well.

could be a signal problem, mine often done that.

try and get or borrow a signal booster install it then try again

That's a point, mine does have a booster on it.

I doubt the signal is too weak to detect at all though.

You wan't an optimum of about 80% where possible.

try and take any in lines things you have, ie splitters, modem, booster etc and try again.

or you could just load someone elses service files?
