Hi my dm500c currently hangs at the pli jade screen. remote control doesnt work although led still blinks therefore unable to connect to router so am using null modem cable. how do i backup the keys before flashing or whr i can get the files from? im from singapore.. thanks

can you connect to the dreambox using dcc dreamup or even flash wizard pro?.
it feels like it need to be reflashed with whatever image you had on.
the key file is in the var/etc/cccam.cfg so if you can find this file and save it
