It must be correct as theres no packet loss on ping. Maybe I should change the port to 21 on the Dreambox?

change nameserver and gateway to 192.168.0.25 on these settings for a direct conn via crossover cable
also untick DHCP and tick enable network leave port at 80 and ur ip on pc should be lower than dream ie: 192.168.0.23
