    DM500 Network issues DM500

I have recently replaced my router and then the problems began, no changes has been made on the db. When I try to access the Web interface it finds the address but that's pretty much it. When I try to ping the box it times out 9 out of 10 times. What could be wrong? I have been trying to change settings on the router but nothing has worked so far. Any ideas?

    Router: Asus RT-N56U

There is only 2 problem identified

    1) Your dreambox internet port is faulty
    2) You should go into your network settings and disable the DHCP. Then use the IP address from the first line. (If this still doesnt work, confirm box internet port is gone case

When I restart the box I am able to see my channels for about 10 seconds, then the network dies again. When pinging the box during a restart it becomes very clear, it responds for 10 seconds right after restart and then times out again. Watching tv with restart every 10 seconds isnt that enjoyable. Any wizard care take a guess at this??

Ok, now I don't know what to do... If i restart the box I am able to watch my coded channels for about 10 seconds. After restart I can connect to the box and then the network dies. The ping results when restarting the box, no reply and then it works for 10 seconds aaaaand its gone. Any wizard care take a guess at this...
