DCC won't connet to dm600

hi all..hope you can help

I want to ftp to my dm600. I just switched to a new broadband provider and can no longer connect to my dreambox. The channels are all working fine but just can't connect dcc to the box.

From cmd ipconfig the detail are
IPV4 Address is 192.168.0.5 (preferred)
Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
Default gateway 192.168.0.1
DHCP Server 192.168.0.1
DNS Server 194.168.4.100
194.168.8.100
NetBIOS over Tcpip Enabled


From Dreambox Network settings:
Enable network (ticked)
DHCP (ticked)
IP: 192.168.0.2
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Nameserver: 194.168.4.100
Gateway: 192.168.0.1


Can anyone please let me know whats wrong here so I can correct it....Many thanks

have you tried a research for the dreambox on the dcc menu , does it connect to your pc and the router
?. check the password and name. i am sure you tried all the above try then put in the ip of the dreambox 192.168.0.2 ?
has it only stopped connecting since you changed internet provider.
only have 500s so not sure of that dreambox
