DM800 dm 800 hd se remote not working

remote for box stop working today, I tried putting new batteries didn't work still, tried seeing if red light could be seen with camera on my phone and I could see it, any ideas now to sort this please. I know the dreambox control centre has a remote on it but id like physical one to work

Try pressing the "dream" button then the "tv" button. or switching the box off from the back and on again ..

to check if remote is ok get a camara fone put it on camara while looking at the led thru camara
the led should flicker when you press a button on remote

When you press any button on the remote does the dream button on the remote flash ON/OFF with button presses?

all dreambox control centre remote isn't working now just shows as unrecongised webpage

If you have your remote is dead then check these things...


You can use a mobile fone camera to see if the remote is sending a signal...
Turn on the camera on your phone
Point the sensor of your remote to the camera and press every button of your remote control

If the remote is not sending a signal it will look like this when you push a button on the remote: Image

If the remote is not sending out a signal then check the prints on pcb if prints are ok then check the remote sensor .....
