Need a working cable.xml whih isnt on this site

i need a cable.xml file which isnt on this site please, i live in oldham/manchester and would like to scan all channells on a "bruteforce scan" but cant find a cable.xml file to do a "bruteforce scan". i am new at theis and would apprechiate if anybody can help me, thanks alot, and thanks again,
