DM500 BBC Three Missing

Can anyone help my get get BBC Three Back. i have DW 1.5.6. I know it works on DW 2.00 but i prefer 1.5.6 because the subtitles are working correctly.

Any ideas how to get it back its displaying low signal but I don't want to mess with my booster cos all the other channels are working correctly.

Help i am missing my Family Guy and Heroes

You could try doing a manual scan on that transponder if you know the details. If you get it on v2, check the stream info page for the details. Or better still, save the services file to your PC and transfer it over to 1.6.5 and reload channels.

My box came with an image, unfortunately I didn;t notice which it was, enigma I think, and the DVB subtitles would cause the box to freeze every 10 minutes or so and needed rebooting to work again, it made the box unuseable. I tried swapping with a mate who has the same box+image and he had the same problem. So since I've reflashed with another image which didn't work at all, wouldn;t even scan the channels, so now I'm considering gemini 4.2 as the most modern I can find.
