loosing picture brightness

Everytime i am using the imput (3 pins ) on rear of my DM500 it is making the picture on my tv dim/darker, i have tried another set of leads but still same

You tried just using scart m8?

i use the scart for me tv but i am using a slingbox aswell which connects to the pin imput

There is a scart conenctor that acts as a twin for the slingbox and tv i tried this and still dark picture

what make your tv is the pic the same when playing dvd or better have u tried different portable

yes i have tried other devices and no problem , it seems that the DM has an issue with feeding more than one source, does anyone have this issue
