DM800 need help how to scan channel and lock signal

Hi, Im a newbie to DM800, I need your expertise help to give me guidance how to do manual scan? I already scan few times, scan progress always 0%. Sattelite finder shows the SNR 91%, AGC 0, and BER 12956.
And also how to use satfinder to lock. I use Positioner diseqc 1.2 with moving gear.

If the AGC(auto gain control is at 0 then your dish must be aligned wrong.... also BER(bit error rate) usually has to be at 0 before it locks and scans proper

Has your setup ever worked?

I dont know anything about DM800's or Gemini.. but that motor/dish may be setup wrong I guessing..

Manual scanning should go something like this.... when you have the dish pointed correctly at a sat.. go to sat config, change to the sat its pointed at... then use sat finder as reference to see how the signal is be picked up by your dish... if its done correctly itll be something like SNR 97 AGC 80 BER 0

Then scan the sat

My AGC is showing 99% but no BER and "Lock" option is also unchecked, i have done scan many times but everytime says "0 service found" any help please
