DM500C - No SGSH cable channels

    DM500 DM500C - No SGSH cable channels

    Need some help with my brand new DM500 box that arrived 2 days ago. There was some image ghosting so I powercycled it at the main switch, then when it came back on the images were badly distorted. After a couple more powercycles I totally lost all SH cable channels and could only get FTA channels like Channel 5 etc.

    As I'm pretty noob at this, I'm hoping the more experienced guys here can advice me on what to do. I have a null modem cable and DreamUP but I can't really remember what to do exactly since the last time I flashed my old box was more than a year ago. I know I have to save my keys and stuff but I'd like to get proper instructions so that I don't screw anything up. This is for Singapore by the way. Thanks in advance.

          Hi vicwac, May i know is your problem solve? I should have the identical problem as u.. beside FTA channel, rest are just black screen & soundless.
          I have read through the forum, whenever this problem is arise, problem is normally solve by PM.. so i couldn't find any related solution. Hope some kind soul can help me with this..is ok if there is no spoon feed. but hope there is right direction assistance provided
