if channels move like on starview or digivox u would need to delete and autoscan again, how will u know the manual input setting of frequency if they move is my point.

Go to a working channel, select manual scan. Tick the box NETWORK SCAN. This will use the PAT/PMT tables to search for channels and transponders.

When the scan has finished, go to the all services list, at the top should be some un-named channels with SID and a number. Select those channels, some will have no picture on them. Bring up the all services list and wait a few minutes for it to update.

Do it again & again until there are no SID channels left.

Visit any "Removed service" channels in your bouquets and see if they are working, wait a few minutes on each working channel for the PAT/PMT table to be scanned and the details added to the channel list.

When you've found everything remember to reboot your box from the menu in order for it to save channel details.

For me, this technique works better than automatic scan.

Unfortunately it is not perfect. It appears that VM do not broadcast all channel information about all adjacent transponders on the PMT/PAT
