DM500C Factory image?

Hi,

This my first post and attempt at programming a DM500C. I've read as much as I can and acquired the necessary software(this site is very helpful).

My only thing is where can i get the factory image for my Dm500C??? The box I have was already programmed by the previous owner but for some reason isn't working now.

Is it the OpenPLi-beta-dm500-20130505-305.zip ? I am a little confused as to what exactly this is.

If u could tell what exactly happen to yr box, it might help us to understand better. U only do a reflash if yr box is not able to boot up or u wanted to try out with different image such as gemini, dk1.1, open pli etc..
