how to reload channels?

i have tried to add sbo sports and have done everything correctly apart from when it says reload channels, does that mean scan automatic transponder or do a manual scan, i entered sky box office sports by tux commander.

When you add channels to the bouquets, the box doesn't know you've added them so you need to reload them into the image. This does not mean doing a transponder scan.

You can do this by either pulling the plug (not recommended) or you can choose 'restart enigma' from the shutdown menu or you can paste these links into your web browser (if your box is connected to your PC).

http://192.168.1.100/cgi-bin/reloadUserBouquets (reloads bouquets)

Obviously replace the ip address with your own ip address.
