no Sleep Mode?

Just bought the Mini White FY800HD C-E.

When I preesed the red power button on the remote control, the box rebooted and no sleep mode.

The supplier told me this model no Sleep Mode!

Are they trying to smoke me?

After sale support pretty bad.

FY is the worst box of the lot and still many people are being con to buy it. Sigh

yes, i really regretted buying this from Aliexpress.

The seller is avoiding responsibilities by telling me this model does not hv Standby Mode.

In the menu setting there are 2 functions to get the box to sleep mode. one is a count down timer of 1/2/3/4.... to go into sleep mode.

And the other setting is set the specific time to turn on and off.

I tried setting 1 hr timer....but the box rebooted after timer up. still unable to standby.

When I insisted the box is faulty, seller say i can use the front switch to off the box...no need standby!

so how can i record programs if I off the main switch? How can such seller give such lousy solutions?!
