no i haven't but when i flashed it i may have pressed yes instead of no would this have killed the box (If you're flashing a backup image, select NO.)

Hi, my first post here and it is for advice I'm afraid. I have a 500c that I haven't used in about a year. Anyway, needless to say it doesn't work. I had a neutrino image on it from days gone by (about 365) and can't remember which version. Anyway, I have gone to put an updated image on it (Neutrino dreamplus ultra rel 3) using dreamup. At the prompt to erase I pressed on yes and directed it to the above image. It all goes through the motions fine but when finished I just have a blank screen and the green light at the front stays on (ie will not go into standby). Is this the wrong image, or is there some thing else I should have on the box, have I messed it up by clicking on erase? Any help would be very welcome
                    Thanks

Should add, I clicked on the erase button on the right before loading the image.

Re-flashed with an older DW 2.0 image and works but no channels obviously as old image but at least I know the box works.
