hello peeps got a problem with a DREAMBOX 500C

I have put image on that i have used b4...fine press blue start cam ok

sky sports set etc working but none of the BBC channels/ ITV/Channel 4/ five etc aint it says SERVICE UKNOWN

SO i did a factory default........rescanned now its the oppersite... Itv/bbc/c4/Five working great .........Sky sports/set/moveies etc dont


where am I going wrong........

try a different image that you aint used and see if the same happens

when you factory reset the unit, it deleted the roms and au files, you will have to ftp them over to it to get premium chanells back!

Wierd part 2

I have flashed Dreambox with Dk 1.1 firmware and every pay channel is working BUTTTT the free channels aint bbc/bbc2/itv/chan 4 /five all say SERVICE COULD NOT BE FOUND

What would be causing this....

try deleting all the chanells that are not working , then rescan again and see what happens.
Are you bringing up chanells from your Bouquet list, go to all services via red button when chanells list is on screen and see do they come up from there.
From my own experience, even after rescan, chanells will not update on your bouquets, even though they are in all services list, you have to erase from bouquets and use 'Add services to bouquet' to bring them back to your own list!
