    Help DM800 HD se

    Dear seniors,
I have just managed to connect my Brand new DM800 HD se (from China) and was scrolling thru the set up menu n accidentally pressed some buttons.
To my horror all channels are gone!
Now the screen display a picture of snow covered forest and with the words : OPENPLi, news and support at openpli.org.
Can any seniors please help me? Thank you.

      Hi hockheng n seniors,
I would appreciate it if u can give me a rough guide of what I should do.
So far my understanding is tat I need to flash an image which I should be able to do.
The "keys n scce" part I m afraid I do not know.
Looking forward to any advice. Thank you.

As long as u don't do a factory reset u will be fine as the keys will still be intact and u don't need to reflash image if u want to use the existing open pli image.

          Hi ypvs125,
I did not do factory reset.
I can access menu n tried to scan for channels but found 0 channels. Not even FTA channels.
Could it be the set broke down? It was working for when I first set it up.
          Pls advice/help. Thank you.

U need to do manual scan if u r using open pli image or easier way is u can use the below bouquet channels and transfer the files using dreamboxedit to get the channels back.
