DM600 I'm having a mare !

I've flashed my DM600C with a Gemini image and then installed a key bundle from Satan. Now, I seem to get all of the free channels fine. All other channels however are listed and I can scroll through them but I can't get any picture or sound.

I don;t seem to have the option to do a brute force scan...
Going to S*y sports 1 and holding info for 3 seconds does nothing...

What to do ???

when you restart the box put it on s&y sp0rts 1 etc and leave it there for a minute to clear the channels....

Try to upload a new rom, it seems that you might have an older version of the rom.

Download the files from the rapidshare link to your var/keys and varscce folder and then turn to S*y Sports1 uuntil it clears.

What about keys ?

I'm using Satan's key bundle. As the DM600 can scroll through all the channels but not provide picture & sound ... Perhaps I have out of date keys. Anyone tell me where I can pick up the latest keys ?

I have tried different Cams, updated the ROMs as suggested and even hacked cables.xml... Still only getting the free to air channels.

Satans Keys are for a satellite reciever , you have a cable reciever.

Satans keys wont work on a DM600c , you need the magic files.

first of all take off the Gemini image , some gemini images will kill a clone dreambox.

go to Pli website and download the Pli image for 600c

from the image install emu - evocamd 2.13 and use that.

you will need to ftp the roms again, and the files that are in the keys folder ( not satans keys )

try that.

When you installed the satans keys on your 600c they would have over written some of the original files that were needed.

I have done as you said. I have installed the pli jade 2 for the 600c. Then, I've pulled down the Evocam from the blue button menus and installed the keys etc etc.

Again, it has scanned and found several hundred services but I only get picture and sound for the FTA channels. All others look to be there but I don't get any pictures and sound when I select them.

I've done a bruteforce scan and restarted the dreambox on S*y sports 1 as suggested in other threads but had no joy.

What's left to do ?

Did you download and install either Evocamd 2.13 or Evocamd 2.14? Copy the keys to var/keys and the var/scce folders? Turn to channel S*y Sport1 and leave it on that channel for 3 to 5 mins or until it clears?

The only opion I had under the blue button install option was Evocamd 2.17b.

Do I need to go to 2.13 ? or 2.14 ?

there should be an option to go to older emu,s i can recommend 2.13. its more stable for a lot of people.

did you put the roms in var/scce

also try this in the var/keys folder make a new folder called nagra and put the roms in there as well.

in var/keys you should have
Autoroll.key
Autoupdate.key
Softcam.key

as well as a few other files.

also those roms put into /etc/tuxbox/scce

it cant halm things , only taking up space

OK, I have all the ROMS in /var/scce.

In /var/keys I have camd_cfg only.

I do not have Autoroll.key / Autoupdate.key / Softcam.key.
Nor do I have camd.cfg / Keylist.txt.

Where can I get these please ?
