DM500C flash Img, transponder scan ok, but not image & sound

Hi bro,
need help. This morning my dm500c just hang and blank. Therefore I had successfully using the dreamup to flash the img file. And while doing the transponder scan, it also successfully found, and scanning thru channel.
But when watching, although it show the correct channel, but there is no image and sound. Only free channel. Is there something I miss?

i think I know why I not able to see anything. I missing the rom and key. Any bro able to send me?
or is there way to open up .img file. Cause I save .img but not able to extract them?

why u need to transfer the key and scce over ?
after flashing , just plug and play you can watch it the img flle had all the key inside.

you had sucessfully flash , u did not had to do transponder scan.
are you trying to scan BPL channel. fyi dm500c cannot get BPL channel because that is HD contents channel.

Any source to it ? I have the same problem. starting Free channel can watch and the other channel no image and no sound so i try reflashing.. after reflashing EVERYTHING gone. even free channel can watch.. Help anyone?

is yr flashing correct.Do u use the null modem cable or rs232 cable
there is possible yr house signal weak if less than 80% than cannot received paid channel.

Weak signal u still can view the paid channels but only pixelated.

weak signal, u can get FTA channel,not paid channel it show you the format with title, signal strength % no picture at all.
at one time is hang i didnt switch off power, and pull out the power cord because using multi plug. when plug back with power on there is a arching - memory shorted-all paid ch gone.
