DM500 Help on DM500C SG Set

Hi all,

Last week i bought a DM500C from a local seller, and after 1 week of using this morning when i on the set it was stuck at the OPEN PLI green background page.

I can still use the remote and choose channels but nothing happened.
I can also use the remote to power on/off the box.

After spending some time to read through the stickies i'm still abit confused on what to do to get the SH channels again.
Appreciate if i can have some advice if i should do the below steps. Thanks in advance!!

1. Get null modem cable > Going SLS later to get one.
2. Download dreamup V1.3.3.1 > Done
3. Download SH 500C image? I downloaded SGSH E1 500C E2 800 & 800SE.rar from Downloads> Dreambox> images>
and extracted to a folder, inside got 500c picon and SGSH E1 500c so i use the 2 folders?
4. Then i follow the below instructions to flash?

I am also facing the same thing.
What I did so far download the .img file and using dream up 1.3.3.1, and using the Dbeditor to FTP the bouquest, got the transponder found, but there is no image/sound. Only free channel.
What I know is that I missing the Key. If there is a way I can get new or extract from my backup .img will be good. So far i have not get it work yet.

Morning all!!

Lol managed to get the set working again.
I just went to setup select automatic transponder scan and all channels are back!!

Only problem now is the channel listings are all messed up, guess i need to update bouquet?? Thanks!!
