Does any one know how to find user name / password, with out flashing box, using digital- kaos image. Thanks can,t think how to do it changed after a couple of drinks and forgot it !!!!!!!!!!

Standard Login : root
Default Password : dreambox
if i understand you right then there's only 2 ways as i know
you can use a Plugin , install it & it will reset Pass to "dreambox ! or By Factory Reset from menu then password will back to default "dreambox"! it will erase all data & you will need to add them manually !
& image flash possible reflash only with RS232 until back to
original status (Lan/Rs232 access) !

If you have tuxbox commander installed goto var/ect look for passwd & passwd- delete file passwd & rename passwd- to passwd
if you only have passwd in there at the top you should see:
Change it toCode:root:dkjhfhlksfdiueyr736592cigsdjgfj:0:0:root:/root:/bin/sh
Code:root:b:0:0:root:/root:/bin/sh
